There are lots of health benefits of Lychee because it is a nutritional fruit. This fruit’s flavor is tender, sweet and delicious. Lychee can also write as “Litchi”, it’s skin is reddish and pulp is white. The producer countries of lychee is Vietnam, China and Thailand.

Star fruit is also known as “Carambola”. It is sweet, crunchy and tart flavored. It resembles with star and so it’s name is. Where this fruit has benefits of vitamin C and low sugar but there is also risk of eating it like, it can cause of kidney failure, nausea, vomiting or kidney stones.
